采用TCD对523例高血压病患者与120例伊朗人进行对比研究,523例中高血压I期223例,Ⅱ期169例,Ⅲ期131例,各期高血压均以频谱异常率最早,其次为流通异常,再其次为PI异常。频谱异常率以BA,VA为最高,其次为前循环中的MCA、ACA、ICA及PCA,VA、BA的频谱异常率Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高于I期(P<0.05),MCA、ACA、ICA的频谱异常率Ⅲ期明显高于I、Ⅱ期(P<0.01),BA、VA的频谱异常出现较早,高血压病的频谱异常以圆钝波多见,陡直波,湍流,涡流相对少见,而随病程进展,ⅡⅢ期陡直波明显高于I期(P<0.01),而湍流、涡流的出现率随病程进展而逐渐递增(P<0.01),(P<0.05)。血流速度的改变,各期前循环MCA,ACA、ICA多以增快为主,而后循环VA、BA、PCA流速减慢率高于增快率。

Spectrum abnormalities were highest in BA and VA, followed by spectrum abnormalities of MCA, ACA, ICA and PCA, VA and BA in the anterior circulation Ⅱ, Ⅲ were higher than those in stage I (P <0.05), MCA, ACA , The spectrum abnormality rate of ICA was significantly higher than that of stage I and II (P <0.01), and the spectrum abnormalities of BA and VA appeared earlier. The frequency spectrum of hypertension was more common with blunt wave, steep wave and turbulent flow (P <0.01). The incidence of turbulence and eddy current gradually increased with the course of disease (P <0.01), ( P <0.05). The change of blood flow velocity, MCA, ACA and ICA before each cycle were mainly accelerated, while the flow rate VA, BA and PCA after the cycle was higher than the rate of increase.
