从控制高速客运专线无碴轨道施工过程的碾压工艺质量角度出发,构建以全球定位系统为核心的智能碾压车载终端系统。在阐述智能碾压车载终端系统的组成及工作原理的基础上,从其硬件设计和软件设计角度重点讨论其关键技术,最后以当前亚洲第一高速客运专线铁路武广客运专线为例开展应用研究。结果表明,该系统为高速客运专线无碴轨道的科学化、规范化施工碾压奠定了基础,确保了无碴轨道施工过程填料的压实质量。
From the perspective of controlling the quality of roller compaction during the construction of ballastless track on high-speed passenger dedicated line, an intelligent roller compacted vehicle terminal system based on global positioning system is constructed. Based on the composition and working principle of intelligent roller compacted vehicle terminal system, its key technologies are discussed in terms of its hardware design and software design. Finally, the application research is made on the current case of Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line . The results show that the system lays the foundation for the scientific and standardized roller compaction of ballastless track of high-speed passenger dedicated line and ensures the compaction quality of the packing during ballastless track construction.
