大豆植株的叶片是单复叶,互生在茎节上。每个单复叶具有三个小叶,称为三出复叶。然而,在我们进行大豆辐射诱变育种过程中,出现了双复叶和多小叶突变。双复叶突变是单复叶呈对生状态着生在茎节上。多小叶突变是单复叶的三出复叶突变为4—7个小叶着生在一个叶柄上。目前,世界上已有多小叶突变体作的报导。但是尚无双复叶的报导。 本文研究了大豆双复叶和多小叶突变过程及遗传规律,并对其利用价值做了初步探讨。
Soybean leaves are single leaf compound, alternate in the stem nodes. Each leaf has three leaflets, known as the three leaves. However, during our mutagenesis of soybean radiation, double and multiple leaflet mutations occurred. Double compound leaf mutation is a single compound leaf was born in the state on the stem section. Multiple leaflet mutations are single and triple leaf mutation of 4-7 leaflets born in a petiole. At present, many leaflet mutants have been reported in the world. However, there is no double leaf report. In this paper, we studied the mutation process and genetic rules of double-leaf and multi-leaflets of soybean and made a preliminary study on its utilization value.
