The transport characteristics of FexCu1- x granular film fabricated by rf magnetron sputtering is introduced. In a wide temperature range from 12 to 290 K the granular film exhibits an evident negative temperature dependence of resistivity. The temperature coefficient of resistance of the granular film will change its sign from negative to positive with the deposition time,
