宋志平,1956年出生于河北省深泽县。毕业于河北大学化学系高分子专业,后在职攻读并获得武汉工业大学工商管理硕士和华中理工大学管理博士学位。1979年至2002年,在北新建材(集团)有限公司工作,历任车间主任、副科长、处长、副厂长、厂长、董事长兼总经理;1997年至2002年,兼任北新集团建材股份有限公司董事长;2002年3月,担任中国建筑材料集团公司总经理、党委书记;2005年3月,兼任中国建材股份有限公司董事局主席;2005年10月,出任中国建筑材料集团公司董事长、党委书记,兼任中国建材股份有限公司董事局主席。同时担任中国建材联合会副会长、中国水泥协会高级顾问、武汉理工大学管理科学与工程专业博士生导师等职务。
Song Zhiping, born in 1956 in Shenze County, Hebei Province. He graduated from the Department of Polymer Science of Hebei University Department of Chemistry, after working on-the-job and obtain Wuhan University of Technology Master of Business Administration and Huazhong University of Science and Management Ph.D. From 1979 to 2002, he worked for Beixin Building Materials (Group) Co., Ltd. as workshop director, deputy chief, director, deputy director, director, chairman and general manager; from 1997 to 2002, Ltd. In March 2002, he served as general manager and party secretary of China Building Materials Group Corporation. In March 2005, he was also the chairman of the board of China National Building Materials Co., Ltd. In October 2005, he was the chairman of China Building Materials Group Corporation , Party secretary, part-time chairman of China Building Materials Co., Ltd. board. At the same time as vice president of China Building Materials Federation, China Cement Association senior adviser, Wuhan University of Science and Engineering Management Science and engineering doctoral tutor duties.
