基于经典的玻璃性质-组成加和法则,建立了G3镍基合金热挤压润滑剂用硼硅酸盐玻璃黏度-成分计算方法,采用该计算方法对10种组元含量不同的硼硅酸盐玻璃的黏度特性进行了预测.结果发现预测值与实验结果吻合较好,表明该计算方法是可靠的.因此,采用本文建立的计算方法,可以反向设计玻璃的成分,使玻璃黏度性质满足G3镍基合金玻璃润滑热挤压工艺中对玻璃黏度性质的要求,从而为热挤压工艺中的玻璃润滑剂设计和制备提供理论依据.
Based on the classical law of glass composition and composition, the viscosity-composition calculation method of borosilicate glass for G3 nickel base alloy hot extrusion lubricant was established. Ten kinds of borosilicate The results show that the predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental results, indicating that the calculation method is reliable.
