目的提高中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的疗效。方法选取196例慢性乙型肝炎病例,分为治疗组106例,对照组90例,对比疗效。结果两组有效率比较治疗组优于对照组。结论苦参素与促肝细胞生长素(pHGF)联合应用能够发挥协同作用,抗肝纤维化效果更佳。
Objective To improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods A total of 196 cases of chronic hepatitis B were selected and divided into treatment group (106 cases) and control group (90 cases). Results The two groups were more effective than the control group. Conclusion The combination of oxymatrine and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor (pHGF) can exert a synergistic effect and have a better anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
