Since the issuance of the State Council’s Regulations on Changing the Operating Mechanism of Ownership-Owned Industrial Enterprises, military leaders at all levels and military-run enterprises have been active in implementing the Regulations and have achieved remarkable results. However, there are still some problems that need to be solved. First, the administrative intervention of “mother-in-law” is still too much.
