Geosat卫星高度计可广泛应用于如锋面,海面风、浪和高度等多方面的研究,但利用高度计资料分析台风的海面风、浪断面结构,因受卫星轨道、台风路径和高度计风速算法等多方面的制约,过去一直研究较少。该文以Geosat高度计1987年8月11日一上升轨道的风、浪资料为基础,研究分析了8708号台风影响下的海面风速和海浪断面分布特征。结果显示,利用高度计可以获取常规方法难以获取的台风断面监测资料,充分利用这一信息源于台风的海面风、浪结构特征的研究有利于台风灾害的防御以及这一天气过程情况海气相互作用的研究。
Geosat satellite altimeters can be widely used in many aspects such as frontal winds, sea winds, waves and altitudes. However, altimeter data are used to analyze the typhoon’s sea surface winds and wave surface structures. Due to satellite orbit, typhoon path and altimeter wind speed algorithms, The constraints in the past have been less studied. Based on the wind and wave data from a rising orbit of Geosat altimeter dated August 11, 1987, the paper analyzes the distribution of sea surface wind speed and sea surface cross section under the influence of Typhoon 8708. The results show that the altimeter can obtain the typhoon section monitoring data which is hard to obtain by the conventional method. Taking full advantage of this information from the typhoon’s sea surface wind and wave structural characteristics are conducive to the typhoon disaster defense and the weather process. Research.
