本文主要是对中美商务文化差异的研究,通过研读中美商务谈判相关书籍与观看中美商务谈判的视频资料,揭示了中美商务谈判过程中的文化碰撞和冲突主要表现在三个方面:谈判策略的冲突、决策方式的冲突、谈判目标的冲突。从这些方面入手,对症下药,提出有效的解决措施,以期更好地处理跨文化中的各种情况,消除中美商务谈判中的文化壁垒,提高谈判的成功率。
This article mainly studies the differences between China and the United States in business culture. By studying the books on Sino-US business negotiations and viewing the video of Sino-US business negotiations, this article reveals that the cultural conflicts and conflicts in Sino-U.S. Business negotiations are mainly manifested in three aspects: Conflict of negotiation strategy, conflict of decision-making method and conflict of negotiation goal. Starting from these aspects, we can put forward effective measures to deal with the right remedy, with a view to better handling various cross-cultural situations, eliminating the cultural barriers in Sino-U.S. Business negotiations and improving the success rate of the negotiations.
