本文采用问卷法和访谈法,对全国28个省市中等职业学校校长学历、职称、任职年限、任职方式等9个方面进行了现状调查。基于对现状的分析,提出国家应该加强中等职业学校校长专业化建设和相关研究,完善校长专业标准和校长资格制度,科学选拔任用校长,同时,完善校长的继续教育制度,加强中职校长企业管理经验的学习。 This article uses the questionnaire method and the interview method to survey the present situation of 9 academic qualifications, titles, length of service and working methods of secondary vocational schools in 28 provinces and cities nationwide.
