本文采用问卷法和访谈法,对全国28个省市中等职业学校校长学历、职称、任职年限、任职方式等9个方面进行了现状调查。基于对现状的分析,提出国家应该加强中等职业学校校长专业化建设和相关研究,完善校长专业标准和校长资格制度,科学选拔任用校长,同时,完善校长的继续教育制度,加强中职校长企业管理经验的学习。
This article uses the questionnaire method and the interview method to survey the present situation of 9 academic qualifications, titles, length of service and working methods of secondary vocational schools in 28 provinces and cities nationwide. Based on the analysis of the status quo, the author points out that the state should strengthen the professionalization of headmasters in secondary vocational schools and related researches, improve the professional standards of headmasters and principal qualifications, select and appoint principals scientifically, improve the headmaster’s continuing education system, Experience learning.
