各设区市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府有关部门: 为加强我省森林防火工作,根据《中华人民共和国森林法》、国务院颁发的《森林防火条例》和《河北省森林防火实施办法》等有关规定,特作如下通知: 一、提高对森林防火工作的认识。森林防火事关环境建设、经济发展、社会稳定和人民生命财产安全,各级政府要充分认识森林火灾的危害性和防火工作的重要性、长期性、艰巨性,克服麻痹松懈思想和侥幸心理,纠正认识上“淡化”、措施上“弱化”、工作上“软化”的倾向,把森林防火作为一项事关全局的重要任务切实抓紧抓好。
