目的:对雷公藤叶水提取物进行化学成分研究。方法:利用各种色谱方法进行化学成分分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为(+)-lyoniresinol(1),(+)-isolariciresinol(2),burselig-nan(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),cyclo-(S-Pro-R-Phe)(5),cyclo-(S-Pro-R-Leu)(6),cyclo-(S-Pro-S-Ile)(7),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(8),胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:1~3为4-苯基四氢萘类木脂素,5~7为二酮哌嗪类化合物(环二肽),化合物1~3,5~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Tripterygium wilfordii leaf water extract. Methods: The chemical constituents were separated by various chromatographic methods, and the structures of the compounds were identified according to the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as (+) - lyoniresinol (1), (+) - isolariciresinol (2), burselig- nan (3), dibutyl phthalate (4) -Phe) cyclo- (S-Pro-R-Leu) (6) cyclo- (S-Pro-S-Ile) 5-dimethoxyphenyl) -1-propanone (8), daucosterol (9). CONCLUSION: 1 ~ 3 is 4-phenyltetrahydronaphthalin and 5 ~ 7 is diketopiperazine (cyclic dipeptide). Compounds 1 ~ 3,5 ~ 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time .
