本研究立足大量的实证调研和定量分析,以核电站这一重大工程项目的典型案例为对象,综合周边公众的安全担忧、利益焦虑、权力渴求三种心理状态,构建了社会稳定风险的心理预警模型。并结合风险实际情况,将“风险程度”与“风险规模”相结合,拟定了红、橙、黄、蓝四级警级划分标准。在此基础上,提出相应对策建议,有助于相关部门对同类工程社会风险进行管理,保障项目顺利建设和社会稳定运行。 Based on a large number of empirical research and quantitative analysis, this research takes the typical case of nuclear power plant as a major project, synthesizes the psychological worries of the surrounding public, the interest anxiety and the desire for power to construct the psychological warning model of social stability risk . Combined with the actual situation of the risk, we combined the “risk level” with the “risk scale” to formulate the classification standards of four levels of red, orange, yellow and blue. On this basis, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help the relevant departments to manage the social risks of similar projects to ensure the smooth construction of projects and social stability.
