目的建立微波消解——双道原子荧光分光光度(AFS)法同时测定中药黄芪中As和Hg的检测方法。方法研究了黄芪微波消解的条件,通过实验确定了原子荧光光谱分析的最佳条件。结果 As和Hg的线性关系良好,两元素的检出限均达到《中国药典》相关要求,重现性和加标回收实验表明方法精密度和准确度良好。结论微波消解-AFS法同时测定黄芪中As和Hg具有准确、快捷、精度高等优点,用该方法分析了20份黄芪样品中的As和Hg含量,得到了满意的结果。
Objective To establish a simultaneous determination of As and Hg in Radix Astragali by microwave digestion - dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). Methods The conditions of microwave digestion of Astragalus membranaceus were studied, and the optimum conditions of atomic fluorescence spectrometry were determined experimentally. Results The linear relationship between As and Hg was good. The detection limits of both elements reached the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Reproducibility and spike recovery experiments showed that the method was accurate and accurate. Conclusion The simultaneous determination of As and Hg in astragalus by microwave digestion-AFS method is more accurate, faster and more accurate. As and Hg content in 20 samples of Astragalus mongholicus was analyzed by this method and satisfactory results were obtained.
