一、引言可锻铸铁生产中退火是一道关,可锻铸跌件都必须经过一个比较冗长的退火过程。如何能加速退火过程,提高生产率一直是可锻铸铁生产中的重要问题。尤其当球墨铸铁在高强度铸铁中出现以后,这个问题更加突出了。大家都知道,要获得铁素体基体的球墨铸跌也需要进行退火,虽然它能获得更高的强度,但在大量生产中质量的稳定要比铁素体可锻铸铁差,而且成本也略高。比较悬殊的差别就在于退火时间上,所以如何缩短可锻铸铁退火的时间并提高其强度,对铁素体可锻铸铁今后的发展具有很大的意义。
First, the introduction of malleable iron in the production of annealing is a pass, malleable castings have to go through a more lengthy annealing process. How to speed up the annealing process and increase the productivity has always been an important issue in the production of malleable cast iron. This problem is especially noticeable when nodular cast iron appears in high-strength cast iron. As we all know, to obtain ferrite matrix ductile cast also need to be annealed, although it can get higher strength, but in mass production, the quality of the stability than the ferrite malleable iron, and the cost is slightly higher. The difference is the difference between the annealing time, so how to shorten the malleable iron annealing time and increase its strength, the future development of ferritic malleable iron is of great significance.
