针对无反馈互耦合垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSELs)系统的混沌输出不能同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽的问题,通过对无反馈互耦合VCSELs系统中的一个激光器增加外反馈,数值分析了单端反馈互耦合VCSELs混沌输出的时延特征和带宽。结果表明,反馈强度、频率失谐和互耦合强度影响单端反馈互耦合VCSELs混沌输出的时延特征和带宽。有反馈端激光器不能同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽,无反馈端激光器可以在合适的互耦合强度和频率失谐参数区间内同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽。改变反馈强度不影响无反馈端激光器实现时延特征隐藏质量和带宽,但会影响无反馈端激光器同时实现时延特征隐藏和带宽展宽的频率失谐区域位置,且增大反馈强度时频率失谐区域位置整体向负失谐区域移动。
The chaotic output of a VCSELs system can not simultaneously delay the feature hiding and bandwidth broadening. By adding external feedback to a laser in a VCSELs system with no feedback, a single Delay Characteristics and Bandwidth of Chaotic Output of Terminal Feedback Mutual Coupled VCSELs. The results show that feedback strength, frequency detuning and mutual coupling strength affect the delay characteristics and bandwidth of single-ended feedback-coupled VCSELs chaotic output. The feedback laser can not simultaneously achieve the delay characteristic hiding and bandwidth broadening. The non-feedback laser can achieve the delay characteristic hiding and the bandwidth broadening at the same time in the range of appropriate mutual coupling strength and frequency detuning parameters. Changing the feedback intensity does not affect the delay characteristics of the lasers with no feedback. The hidden quality and bandwidth can be affected. However, the lasing quality and bandwidth can be affected by the lasing feature, and the position of the frequency detuning region with delay characteristics hiding and bandwidth broadening is affected. The entire area moves to the negative detuning area.
