以氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)为基体,分别添加有机纤维1、有机纤维2、碳纤维粉和纳米无机物,通过形貌分析和X射线能谱仪(EDS),研究不同用量下不同烧蚀填料对HNBR烧蚀性能及力学性能的影响,发现在该试验条件下,添加有机纤维1和纳米无机物的HNBR能获得较好的烧蚀性能;添加有机纤维1时HNBR材料的力学性能很差,纳米无机物的加入对其力学性能影响不大;添加有机纤维2和碳纤维粉的HNBR力学性能变化不大,但烧蚀性能不理想。
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) was used as matrix to add organic fiber 1, organic fiber 2, carbon fiber powder and nanometer inorganic substance respectively. By means of morphology analysis and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), the effects of different ablative filler HNBR ablation performance and mechanical properties of HNBR found under this test conditions, the addition of organic fibers 1 and nano-inorganic HNBR can get better ablation performance; mechanical properties of HNBR materials added organic fiber 1 is poor, The addition of nanometer inorganic material has little effect on its mechanical properties. The mechanical properties of HNBR with addition of organic fiber 2 and carbon fiber powder have little change, but the ablation performance is not ideal.
