本文同步测定了29例(51眼)老年黄斑变性的PERG和PVEP。44眼(86.3%)PERG异常,33眼(64.7%)PVEP异常。在视力≥1.0的29只患眼中,23只眼PERG异常,17只眼PVEP异常。36.5方格刺激时,湿性型PERG振幅明显低于干性型(p<0.01)。本研究还发现老年黄斑变性的病人,不但PERG和PVEP异常,视网膜视皮层时间也延迟。提示老年黄斑变性的患者,不仅有黄斑区损害,可能在视神经至视觉中枢也存在类似的老年变性改变。
This article simultaneously measured PERG and PVEP in 29 patients (51 eyes) with age-related macular degeneration. 44 eyes (86.3%) had abnormal PERG and 33 eyes (64.7%) had abnormal PVEP. Of the 29 affected eyes with visual acuity ≥1.0, 23 had PERG abnormalities and 17 had PVEP abnormalities. At 36.5 square grids, the wet-type PERG amplitude was significantly lower than that of the dry type (p <0.01). The study also found that patients with age-related macular degeneration, not only PERG and PVEP abnormalities, retinal visual cortex latency is also delayed. Hints of age-related macular degeneration in patients with not only macular damage, may also be in the optic nerve to the visual center there is also a similar change in senile degeneration.
