西德曼内斯曼公司提供给宝钢的正式资料中规定,宝钢初轧厂年产管坯60万吨,其中不精整管坯约37万吨,这无论从数量及钢种范围来说都是较多的。不少人对不精整管坯的质量表示担心,因此有必要对不精整管坯的实际生产情况进行调查研究,以便确保宝钢产品质量。为此,我们在赴西德曼内斯曼胡金根初轧厂实习培训期间将不精整管坯生产列为重点调查项目之一。调查是从初轧厂的精整线开始,一直到使用单位钢管厂。
