三、豆腐与文化中华文明有着几千年的历史,豆腐在这漫长的历史长河中,已成为中华文化的一个组成部分。自古以来,无论是引车卖浆之流还是文人雅士,都与豆腐结下了不解之缘,他们食豆腐、写豆腐、唱豆腐、颂豆腐,既把豆腐融进了劳动和生活中,也把豆腐捧进了高雅的文学殿堂。“文化”是个大的概念,如上篇所述豆腐的养生保健已是文化范畴,笔者浅陋,无意漏万,这里仅从文学的角度作一些罗列。
