本文按时间顺序梳理了融资约束领域的相关研究,发现相关研究重点经历了3个阶段:融资约束度量模型的构建阶段,融资约束影响因素的研究阶段,融资约束分析框架复杂化分散化的阶段。并在此基础上,指出未来中国学者该领域的研究方向:理论研究上可以加强对融资约束研究框架的整合,实证研究上可以与中国商业实践更加紧密结合。
In this paper, we sorted out the relevant research in the area of financing constraints in time sequence. We found that the research focuses on three stages: the construction phase of the financial constraint measurement model, the research stage of the factors influencing the financing constraints and the stage of the financial constraints analysis framework being complicated and decentralized. On this basis, it points out the future Chinese scholars’ research direction in this field: the theoretical research can strengthen the integration of the research framework of financing constraints, and the empirical research can be more closely integrated with the Chinese business practices.
