本文探讨了正常新生儿及窒息新生儿听觉脑干电反应(ABR)的阈值、波形、各波出现率、各波潜伏期、斜率和正常新生儿ABR的比率、改变短声刺激重复率Ⅰ与Ⅴ波潜伏期的变化等项参数。认为窒息新生儿ABR阈值提高,潜伏期及波间期延长可能是由于缺氧引起的听觉通道功能受损。
This article discusses the threshold, waveforms, incidence of each wave, latency of each wave, slope and the ratio of normal newborn ABR in normal neonates and neonates with asphyxia to change the short-tone stimulation repetition rates Ⅰ and Ⅴ Wave latency changes and other parameters. The asphyxial neonatal ABR threshold increased, latency and wave interval prolongation may be due to hypoxia-induced auditory pathway dysfunction.
