研究了夏玉米单交种苏玉1号及其亲本自交系叶片内活性氧酶性清除系统中的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与玉米抗涝性的关系。淹水过程中,耐涝的母本苏80-1叶片中两种酶活性均比不耐涝的父本黄早四较少地受抑制,雨二醛(MDA)的积累量也较少。表明两亲本自交系间耐涝性的差异与其抵御活性氧毒害能力的强弱有关。杂交种(F1)则显示体内清除系统对涝渍的耐受性与其母本相仿,由于兼具生长的优势,因而表现为淹水条件下单株生产力受损最小。
The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and waterlogging resistance in maize were studied in the active oxygen enzyme scavenging system of single maize hybrid Suyu 1 and its parent inbred lines relationship. During flooding, the activities of the two enzymes in the water-resistant female parent Su 80-1 were less inhibited than those of the non-waterlogged parent Huang Zaoshi, and the accumulated amount of the rainy dialdehyde (MDA) was less. The results showed that the difference of waterlogging resistance between inbred lines of two parents was related to its resistance to the poisoning ability of reactive oxygen species. Hybrids (F1) showed that in vivo clearance systems were comparable to their female counterparts for their ability to resist waterlogging and showed minimal damage to individual productivity in submerged conditions due to the combination of growth.
