卫生部近日公布食品安全国家标准《食用盐碘含量(征求意见稿)》,拟将食盐中碘含量的上限降低。此次公布的标准将代替GB14880-1994《食品营养强化剂使用卫生标准》第1号修改单中食盐中碘的使用规定。
Ministry of Health recently announced the national food safety standards “iodine content of salt (draft)”, intended to lower the upper limit of iodine in salt. The standard promulgated this time will replace the GB14880-1994 “Food Hygiene Enhancer Use Health Standards” No. 1 to modify the use of iodine in salt.
