“三维”是本市医药系统解放后政府投资新建的以生产抗菌素、维生素、神经系统、心血管系统等药物的大二型企业。1995年底,员工3000余名,固定资产1亿多。近年来,企业进入了经济发展的快车道,连续三年销售额、出口创汇、实现利税以30—60％的速度递增,出口创汇名列全国同业第二,销售收入名列全国同业第八,是上海市最佳工业企业形象单位。 昔日的国有企业如何走出传统体制,如何适应市场经济环境?“三维”在国有企业艰难的改革征途上留下了探索者的脚印。
