本文结合目前攀钢烧结厂添加消石灰的工业性试验,对钒钛烧结矿在低温还原条件下的热膨胀性能进行了初步的研究。试验研究指出,钒钛烧结矿(R=1.8左右)开始还原膨胀温度为560~640℃,还原膨胀终了温度为690~830℃,平均线膨胀率为3—4%。还原膨胀的主要原因是赤铁矿向磁铁矿的相转变所引起,而不是金属铁的出现或单纯的热膨胀所造成。此外,发现含铁酸钙较高的烧结矿试样还原膨胀较严重。
In this paper, with the current industrial experiment of adding slaked lime in Sinosteel Sintering Plant, the thermal expansion properties of vanadium-titanium sinter at low temperature reduction were studied. Experimental study shows that vanadium-titanium sinter (R = 1.8 or so) began to reduce the expansion temperature of 560 ~ 640 ℃, the final reduction temperature expansion of 690 ~ 830 ℃, the average linear expansion rate of 3-4%. The main reason for the reduction and expansion is caused by the phase transformation of hematite to magnetite, rather than the appearance of metallic iron or pure thermal expansion. In addition, sinter samples containing higher calcium ferrite were found to experience more severe reduction and expansion.
