复方枸橼酸钠注射液(ACD)为临床常用的输血用血液保养液,对其中枸橼酸钠的含量测定一般采用中和法。该法以橙黄Ⅳ为指示剂,用0.1mol/L盐酸滴定。由于枸橼酸-枸橼酸钠具较强的缓冲作用,致使滴定突跃不明显,很难准确判断终点。以后,又陆续报道了一些方法如酸碱滴定法、非水溶液滴定法、火焰光度法、离子交换法、离子选择电极法、比色测定法等。然而。这些方法总的来说较为繁琐费时。笔者采用根据离子选择电极法原理制造的钠钾分析仪测定.结果较为满意。
