四季青镇位于北京市海淀区西部,在西北四环路与西北五环路之间,为三山(香山、泉山、万寿山)所环绕。总人口28.5万人,其中农业人口3.2万人。2008年年底,海淀区政府提出在四季青镇域内,依托香山风景区的定位,在旱河路两侧打造约6.6千米、面积为3 000余亩的“一河十园”都市农业观光产业带。其中,“一河”指旱河,“十园”指旱河周边及沿线的10个农业观光园区。旨在更好地实现一产向三产的转移,培育休闲农业品牌,提升农产品价值,为新农村建设提供产业支撑。
