增强大学生健身意识,积极主动参与体育锻炼,是提高大学生素质和培养健康心理的有效手段。传统武术是大学体育的主要项目之一,提高学生学习武术兴趣是关键,内江师院对大学武术教学进行了一系列的改革:如创立地方特色武术;同时与时俱进,结合互联网+进行武术教学模式变革;课堂内向课堂外延伸,进行约健身辅导;考核内容和考核形式多样化;利用微信平台宣传和指导学生锻炼,养成积极的锻炼意识,为终身体育打下良好的基础,对普通高校的武术教学有着极其重要的意义。
