自有效的抗结核药物问世以来,95%以上的活动性病人不再需要住院治疗,由于防治管理工作跟不上,相当一部分病人未能坚持用药而沦为慢性排菌者,成为社会传染源。因而在广泛开展不住院化疗的今天,结核病的护理工作在整个结核病的防治领域占有相当重要的地位。化疗成功的关键在于病人是否坚持合理治疗,而责任在于医务人员。所以防治工作的重点应放在监督病人(特别是初治病人和排菌病人)进行合理化疗上,依靠基层医疗单位共同作好这一工
