在我国,抗生素的滥用现象较为严重,其中最为突出的问题是超大剂量使用。与其他发达国家相比,我国居民抗生素使用严重超标。然而一些经常使用抗生素的患者,他们或惧怕抗生素的不良反应,或担心病菌产生耐药性,擅自减少抗生素使用时间和使用剂量,结果导致用量不足,反而走向了不合理用药的另一个极端,同样危害身体健康。因此,了解一些抗生素使用的常识,对我们自身和家人都十分有益。
