目的 :通过观察丹葛解酒茶对大鼠酒精性肝损伤血清ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶 )、AST(天门冬氨酸基转移酶 )值的变化 ,验证其对大鼠酒性肝损伤的防治作用 ,并探讨其防治酒清性肝损伤的机理 ,为临床用药提供依据。方法 :SD大鼠 30只 ,雌雄不拘 ,分为对照组、模型组 (每日 2次白酒灌胃 ,剂量按 8~ 12g/kg/d)和治疗组 (每日 2次白酒灌胃 2周后同时灌胃丹葛解酒茶 ,剂量按 2 0ml/kg/d)。 10周左右剖杀大鼠 ,经摘眼球取血 ,立即离心分离血清 ,按血清检查要求保存待检 ;全自动生化分析仪检测血清肝功能酶ALT、AST的变化。所有数据均采用方差分析 ,q检验进行分析处理。结果 :模型组与对照组ALT、AST值显著性差异 ;治疗组与模型组比较具有显著性差异 ,与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论 :丹葛解酒茶可以通过降低血清ALT、AST的含量从而有效地防治大鼠的酒精性肝损伤
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of ALT (alanine aminotransferase) and AST (aspartate aminotransferase) in alcoholic liver injury in rats by observing the effect of Dangejieji tea on rat alcoholic liver injury The prevention and treatment of the disease, and to explore its mechanism of prevention of alcoholic liver damage, provide the basis for clinical use. METHODS: Thirty SD rats, either male or female, were divided into control group, model group (alcoholic intragastric administration twice a day, dose of 8-12g/kg/d) and treatment group (2 times a day for 2 weeks. After swallowing Dan Ge Jie Jie tea at the same time, the dosage was 20 ml/kg/d). About 10 weeks later, the rats were sacrificed and the blood was collected by eyeball extraction. The serum was immediately centrifuged and stored according to the requirements of serum examination. The changes of serum liver function enzymes ALT and AST were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. All data were analyzed by variance analysis and q test. Results: The ALT and AST values were significantly different between the model group and the control group. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the model group. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion : Dange Jiejiu Tea can effectively prevent and treat alcoholic liver injury in rats by reducing serum ALT and AST levels
