当今社会企业员工流失率逐年升高,如何留住优秀员工避免人力资源的流失,已成为各行各业不得不思考、不得不重视的问题。本文在总结这种现象的内在成因之余,阐述了减小员工流失率的有效方法。
Nowadays, the turnover rate of employees in social enterprises has been increasing year by year. How to retain outstanding employees and avoid the loss of human resources has become a problem that all trades and industries have to think and pay attention to. This article summarizes the inherent causes of this phenomenon, elaborated an effective way to reduce employee turnover rate.
