针对树脂工艺品生产废水有机物浓度和悬浮物浓度高、成分复杂、可生化性差、难以处理达到国家排放标准等难题,同时节约水资源,设计中采用混凝沉淀对生产废水进行预处理后再与生活污水一起进行二级生化处理,生产废水与生活污水的比例为4:9,经处理后的排放废水中化学需氧量、五日生化需氧量、悬浮固体等污染物浓度分别降至51.5、8.8、18.0 mg/L,出水水质指标能够达到GB 8978污水综合排放标准和企业回用水水质要求。
