针对某方坯连铸实际情况,建立了二维非稳态传热模型,研究了导热系数、比热和密度对结晶器传热模型计算结果的影响规律.研究结果表明,其他条件一定,导热系数越大,铸坯表面温度下降越缓慢,铸坯中心温度则下降越快;增大密度或比热,出结晶器的铸坯表面中心及铸坯中心温度均增大.相比较而言,导热系数对结晶器内铸坯凝固传热过程的影响最为显著,比热的影响次之,密度的影响最小.
According to the actual situation of a billet continuous casting, a two-dimensional unsteady heat transfer model was established and the influence of heat transfer coefficient, specific heat and density on the calculation results of the heat transfer model was studied. The results show that, The larger the coefficient is, the slower the surface temperature of slab decreases and the center temperature of slab decreases more rapidly.When the density or specific heat is increased, the center of slab surface and the slab center temperature of the mold increase.While, The thermal conductivity has the most significant influence on the solidification heat transfer in the mold.
