1.引言 由管状构件组成的部分平台结构,常常在联接处发生破坏(脆性断裂或疲劳断裂)。这些联接处常常是高度应力集中区域,应力分布颇为复杂。而这些高应力正是引起管状接头破坏的主要因素。因而联接处的最大应力(热点应力)的大小与位置,是人们近20年来广泛研究的对象。目前研究管状接头应力分布的方法,主要有计算方法与实验方法。计算法主要包括解析法、半解析法、经验公式与有限元法;实验法包括钢模电测法、塑模电测法与光弹性测量
1. INTRODUCTION Part of the platform structure consisting of tubular members often breaks at the joint (brittle fracture or fatigue fracture). These joints are often highly concentrated areas of stress, the stress distribution is quite complex. These high stresses are the main cause of damage to tubular joints. Therefore, the size and position of the maximum stress (hot spot stress) at the joint is the subject of extensive research in the past 20 years. At present, the methods for studying the stress distribution of tubular joints mainly include calculation methods and experimental methods. The calculation methods mainly include analytical methods, semi-analytical methods, empirical formulas and finite element methods; the experimental methods include steel mould electrical measurement, plastic mould electrical measurement and photoelasticity measurement
