从长远考虑,推行成本精细化管理是降低钻井工程成本的长效管理方法。中国石油对钻探业务实行专业化重组以来,多数钻探公司的钻井进尺收入与实际成本在盈亏平衡点波动,有些企业甚至出现了收入与成本倒挂现象,预测可能出现较大亏损。
In the long run, the implementation of cost-refined management is a long-term management approach to reducing drilling engineering costs. Since CNPC’s professional restructuring of its drilling business, the drilling footage and actual costs of most drilling companies have fluctuated at the breakeven point. Some enterprises even have the phenomenon of inverted income and costs, which may lead to large losses.
