随着我国国民经济的快速发展,用电量的不断增加,小型水电站(装机容量<50MW)在我国遍布广大城镇地域。对于小水电站的安全稳定运行,最突出的问题是如何在全厂失压的突发状况下及时恢复厂用电,确保厂内排水系统供电正常,以防水淹厂房事故。
With the rapid development of our country’s national economy and the continuous increase of electricity consumption, small hydropower stations (installed capacity <50MW) have spread all over the vast urban areas in our country. For the safe and stable operation of small hydropower stations, the most prominent issue is how to promptly restore the plant electricity under emergencies of loss of pressure in the whole plant to ensure the power supply of the drainage system in the plant is normal so as to prevent flooding of plant accidents.
