为缓解农村中小学师资匮乏的问题,重庆市相继出台了一系列农村中小学教师补充政策,从量上基本满足了农村中小学校对师资的要求。但是,农村优秀教师流失问题仍然严重。本文在总结和反思重庆市农村中小学教师补充政策及其局限性的基础上,提出了进一步完善重庆市农村中小学教师补充机制的具体措施。
In order to alleviate the shortage of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, Chongqing Municipality has issued a series of supplementary policies for primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, basically meeting the requirements of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas. However, the problem of losing outstanding rural teachers is still serious. On the basis of summarizing and reflecting on the supplementary policies and the limitations of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Chongqing, this paper puts forward concrete measures to further improve the supplementary mechanism of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Chongqing.
