目的探讨多层螺旋CT尿路成像(MSCTU)对原发性肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)原因的诊断价值。资料与方法52例UPJO患者经MSCT扫描CTA、CTU重组后,对引起梗阻的原因做出分析,再与手术探查结果进行对比。结果52例患者共54处UPJO,CT怀疑39处为肾盂输尿管狭窄,14处为迷走血管压迫所致,1处为肾盂输尿管连接部息肉。所有患者均行手术,影像结果与手术病理相一致。结论MSCT扫描和重组可作为原发性UPJO术前评估的重要和常规方法,以指导手术。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT urography (MSCTU) in the diagnosis of primary ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). Materials and Methods 52 cases of UPJO patients were scanned by MSCT CTA, CTU reorganization, the cause of the cause of obstruction to make an analysis, and then compared with the results of surgical exploration. Results There were 54 UPJOs in 52 patients. 39 were suspected ureteropelvic stenoses, 14 were caused by vagal vascular compression and 1 was ureteropelvic polyps. All patients underwent surgery, the imaging results were consistent with the surgical pathology. Conclusion MSCT scanning and recombination can be used as an important and routine method for preoperative evaluation of primary UPJO to guide the operation.
