采用不同(0、3%和6%)的预拉伸变形的形变热处理强化工艺处理2A97铝锂合金。显微组织研究结果表明,在无预拉伸变形的热处理2A97合金中发现了δ′和T1两种强化相;当预变形量为3%和6%时,大量细小的T1相析出,且低观察到少量S′相。拉伸测试结果表明,变形热处理对2A97合金的拉伸性能具有显著影响,且随着预拉伸变形量由0、3%变化到6%,合金的抗拉强度分别由447.7、516.5提高到534.3 MPa,而伸长率相应地由17.6%、12.8%降低到10.2%。此外,随着预拉伸变形由0增加到6%,2A97合金的各向异性更显著。
2A97 Al-Li alloys were treated with different (0, 3%, and 6%) pre-tensile deformation heat treatment strengthening processes. The results of the microstructure study show that δ ’and T1 strengthening phases were found in the heat-treated 2A97 alloy without pretensioning deformation. When the pre-deformation was 3% and 6%, a large number of fine T1 precipitates and low A small amount of S ’phase was observed. Tensile test results show that the deformation heat treatment of 2A97 alloy tensile properties have a significant impact, and with the pre-tensile deformation from 0,3% to 6%, the tensile strength of the alloy from 447.7,516.5 increased to 534.3 MPa, while the elongation decreased from 17.6% and 12.8% to 10.2%, respectively. In addition, the anisotropy of the 2A97 alloy is more pronounced as the pre-stretch deformation increases from 0 to 6%.
