从合金化和复合化两个方面综述了MoSi2 基高温结构材料的研究进展。通过合金化可改善MoSi2 室温韧性和消除PEST现象 ,通过加入陶瓷第二相复合化可提高高温强度和室温韧性 ;并提出了合金化加纳米复合化的进一步研究方向
The research progress of MoSi2-based high temperature structural materials is summarized from the aspects of alloying and compounding. The alloying can improve the toughness of MoSi2 at room temperature and eliminate the PEST phenomenon, and the high temperature strength and toughness at room temperature can be improved by adding the second phase of ceramic. Further research directions of alloying plus nanocomposite
