民事行政检察工作是国家法律调整机制的重要组成部分。在人们法律意识普遍提高,民事行政案件逐年增多的法制社会里,民事行政检察工作在构建、促进、服务和谐社会方面发挥着越来越重要作用。本文想通过分析民事行政检察工作在公正执法,构建和谐社会中的作用,并结合我国特有的社会实际以及民事行政检察工作与公正执法,构建和谐社会的关系,提出自己的建议,使民事行政检察工作更好地为构建和谐社会服务。
Civilian administrative procuratorial work is an important part of the national legal adjustment mechanism.
