已证明给促性腺素低下的闭经患者脉冲式注入促性腺素释放激素(GnRH)能有效地引起排卵及妊娠。在周期正常妇女应用这一技术可否引起多个卵泡发育尚未进行过研究。作者实验室曾给促性腺素低下妇女脉冲式注入1~5μg GnRH,均引起排卵,且只有一个优势卵泡。从体外受精考虑,能引起多个卵泡成熟较为理想,本文即在周期正常妇女观察了脉冲式GnRH可否引起多排卵。选择6例29~43岁月经周期规律的受试者进行研究。在月经来潮后第五天,经自动点滴泵,按每60分钟(仅1例为120分钟)一次,脉冲式静脉注入10μg GnRH。用超声监测卵泡生长。从超声判断排卵后,或继续注入脉冲式GnRH,或应用hCG
Pulmonary injection of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) has been shown to effectively induce ovulation and pregnancy in amenorrhea patients with low gonadotropins. It is not yet studied whether applying this technique to women with normal cycles can cause multiple follicular development. The authors lab gave pulsatile injection of 1 to 5 μg of GnRH to women with hypogonadism, all of which caused ovulation and had only one dominant follicle. Considered from in vitro fertilization, can cause multiple follicles mature ideal, this paper is in the cycle of normal women observed pulsed GnRH can cause multiple ovulation. Six patients aged 29-43 years were selected for the study. On the fifth day after menstrual cramps, 10 μg of GnRH was pulsed intravenously once via an auto-drip pump once every 60 minutes (only 1 case for 120 minutes).
