目的 :研究结肠癌组织超氧化物歧化酶 Cu Zn SOD免疫组织化学及体视学特征图像分析及临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学法和体视学特征图像分析定位法对正常结肠组织 ,结肠癌组织中的高分化、中分化和低分化不同分级组织细胞中的 Cu Zn SOD染色强度进行比较研究。结果 :正常结肠组织细胞内 Cu Zn SOD染色强度高于结肠癌组织细胞 ,且高分化腺癌细胞内 Cu Zn SOD强度高于中分化腺癌细胞 ,中分化腺癌细胞中的 Cu Zn SOD强度又高于低分化腺癌细胞。后者多为阴性和弱阳性 ,极少数为阳性。结论 :本研究可作为结肠癌的辅助诊断方法 ,为结肠癌的预防、治疗和估计预后提供了依据
Objective: To study the immunohistochemistry and stereological characteristics of Cu Zn SOD in colon cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Methods: The intensity of Cu Zn SOD staining in well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated tissues of normal colon and colon cancer tissues was compared by immunohistochemistry and stereological image analysis. Results: The staining intensity of Cu Zn SOD in normal colon tissues was higher than that of colon cancer cells, and the intensity of Cu Zn SOD in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma cells was higher than that in moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma cells. Higher than poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma cells. The latter are mostly negative and weak positive, very few positive. Conclusion: This study can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic method for colon cancer, providing a basis for the prevention, treatment and prognosis of colon cancer
