目的:研究广西南宁地区女性各年龄段人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率和亚型分布情况。方法:采用凯普公司DNA提取试剂盒和HYBRIMAX导流杂交技术对到该院妇科体检的3 527例广西地区女性进行HPV基因分型检测。结果:广西地区女性HPV感染率20.01%(706/3 527)。感染比例最高的亚型是HPV52(20.61%),其次是HPV16(16.55%)和HPV58(11.40%),在感染者中HPV单一亚型感染率为61.07%,HPV多亚型感染率为38.93%。各年龄段中HPV阳性检出率在小于25岁组最高,为25.62%。结论:广西地区女性HPV感染比例最高的亚型是HPV52,对年龄小于25岁的女性需加强普及女性卫生保健意识,降低HPV感染率。
Objective: To investigate the prevalence and subtype distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women of all ages in Nanning, Guangxi. Methods: HPV genotyping was detected in 3 527 women from Guangxi Province who received gynecological examinations using CAPP DNA extraction kit and HYBRIMAX flow-through hybridization. Results: The prevalence of HPV infection in women in Guangxi was 20.01% (706/3 527). The highest infection rate was HPV52 (20.61%), followed by HPV16 (16.55%) and HPV58 (11.40%). The prevalence of HPV subtypes was 61.07% and HPV subtypes were 38.93% . The detection rate of HPV in all age groups was the highest in the group of less than 25 years old, which was 25.62%. Conclusion: The highest prevalence of HPV infection among women in Guangxi is HPV52. Women younger than 25 years of age need to be more aware of female health care and reduce HPV infection rate.
