美国利用中国的小黑豆品种Peking、PI88788等作为抗源,已先后育成一批抗孢囊线虫1、3和4号生理小种的生产品种。日本利用黄色种皮的比较抗病的地方品种“下田不知”,已先后育成几个抗孢囊线虫的生产品种。吴和礼等在黑龙江省对809份大豆品种进行鉴定,筛选出抗性好的龙抗SCN781等4个黑色种皮的品种推荐作为抗源。近年来,美国还在继续对保存的品种资源进行大规模的广泛的鉴定和筛选。为了寻找抗病和耐病的抗源品种,特别是从黄色种皮的地方品种中寻找抗源,我们自1982年至1984年连续三年进行田间鉴定和一次苗期盆栽接种鉴定,现将鉴定结果报告如下。
