以dynaform为工具,采用等效拉延筋模型描述各拉延筋,对汽车侧横梁的冲压成形过程进行了工艺分析,并与其他不同成形工艺方案的效果进行了比较;在确定合理的等效拉延筋力后,对拉延筋结构的几何参数进行了反求,最终得到了较为合理的工艺方案和模具结构方案。
Using dynaform as a tool, the equivalent drawbead model was used to describe the drawbead. The process of the stamping process of the side crossbeam was analyzed and compared with the results of other different forming process schemes. After the reasonable equivalence Drawbead force, the geometric parameters of the drawbead structure of the reverse, and ultimately get a more reasonable process and mold structure program.
