100米跑是许多体育运动的基础,也是体育类高考必考项目之一,如何提高中学生的100米成绩是广大中学生运动员和教练员非常关心的问题。众所周知,短跑的成绩取决于步长与步频的乘积,因此,对于步频较好的运动员来说,解决步长问题是提高100米成绩的关键。笔者根据自己多年带训高考生的体会认为:力量与柔韧性合理结合是提高中学生运动员步长的有效途径。
100-meter race is the basis of many sports, but also one of the exams for the sports college entrance examination, how to improve the 100-meter high school students is the majority of secondary school athletes and coaches are very concerned about the issue. It is well-known that the performance of a sprint depends on the product of step size and pitch, so solving the step size problem is the key to improve the performance of 100 meters for players with better pace. According to my experience of training senior candidates for many years, I think that the reasonable combination of strength and flexibility is an effective way to improve the step-width of athletes in middle school.
